Are you a sales professional looking for a place that offers a flexible work schedule, strong compensation and generally appreciates your awesomeness? Join Adrogen, an up-and-coming web development and search marketing firm wrapping up it’s second year in Denver. We’re great at what we do and have the portfolio to prove it, but we stink at selling our services, and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a part-time business development specialist to build and maintain partnerships with area advertising agencies, marketing groups, web designers and other professionals that regularly need web development and search marketing services, but don’t have those skills in-house.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Ability to attend a weekly meeting on-site at our Denver office.
  • Ability to drive the business development process, build a list and continue to manage those accounts for the foreseeable future.
  • Communicate with our staff on sales goals, progress and requirements.
  • Adapt to a small work environment (2 full-time staff + occasional contractors). You won’t need to be in the office that often, but if you’re coming from a larger office it can take some getting used to. It did for us.
  • Can work independently with little direct supervision (seems obvious, but we felt obligated to put it in here).

Here’s what we’re not looking for:

  • If you can be described as being abrasive, unethical, lazy, obnoxious, rude, unpleasant or a jerk, it’s not a good fit. We’re aggressive about the future of our business, but we’re not willing to compromise the quality of our work, our service, or our willingness to do right by our clients.
  • We didn’t have anything to put here but if we didn’t add this line, we’d inevitably hear from all the grammar police pointing out that there should never be fewer than two bullet points in a list.
  • Which reminds us..no grammar police.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales skills including experience in lead generation, prospecting, cold calling and sales presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be entrepreneurial, organized, and upbeat
  • Familiarity with the basics of web design, development and search marketing
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, or similar software

Compensation:

  • Salary is 100% commission
  • $500/month draw on initial expected salary of $2,500/month
  • 25% Commission on all new business development and account management
  • Additional expense reimbursement available
