First on the list is hiring a business development specialist. Since we started in 2008, it’s become apparent that we lack the time, if not the skill, to do ourselves justice when it comes to developing new clients and partnerships. That hasn’t stopped us from growing, but we’ve reached a point where we need a dedicated position for that role. We’re looking for someone to start in May on a part-time basis, but the opportunity will be there to move to full-time later on.
